Delivery

The shipping dates of your orders are as shown on the product page. This date is created by our system when you open the page. Orders within Turkey are sent free of charge by Yurtiçi Kargo and international orders are sent via UPS.

Order Tracking

An e-mail is sent to you when an order is shipped. When all products are shipped, MIRZAOĞLU KUYUMCULUK TURİZM OTEL DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. insured by this reason, the entry of the cargo tracking number into the system is the next business day.

Exchange and Return

You can change or return your orders within 14 days of receiving them. However, products with a ring size selected, written on, or products that require or require special production cannot be returned or cancelled.

Perfume products whose packaging has been opened by opening the gelatin are not accepted for exchange or return.

Important: For products purchased with Same Day Delivery Service, only the product price will be refunded by deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount. Important: Since wedding rings and full-fledged products, custom-made personalized products will be produced specifically for your order, they will not be returned or canceled. Wedding rings, full size, letter and size selection, etc. orders processed as personalized production cannot be returned or cancelled.

Overseas Orders

Your orders with overseas delivery will be shipped within 1-3 days to Europe and 3-5 business days to other countries.

As soon as your cargo tracking number is given to the UPS company, it is entered into the system, so you can track your cargo online.

Important: As each country has its own customs policy, the payment must be made by the person who placed the order or the recipient of the order, in case of any customs charges, lack of address or any other fees.
